Mother Earth’s Elements offers both a water-based insect repellant, as well as oil-based insect-repellant. Keep in mind, water based repellent will evaporate fairly quickly, yet it’s great for misting on clothes and belongings without the potential for staining from oil,

We prefer to use the oil-based repellant, applying it directly to the skin, for longer coverage and protection, while using the water-based repellant for misting our clothing.
