The products we offer are lifestyle products – not ‘put them on a shelf’ products, we want you to use and benefit from them.

Because there are no preservatives or ‘freshness enhancers’, we keep just-in-time inventory for your benefit.

We do offer a 45 day return courtesy.

Return a product you’re not delighted with AFTER 30 DAYS OF USE, within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or for exchange (minus shipping charges). No exceptions.

Return shipping will be at your cost.

Return Authorization form required. Please email Lorene@MotherEarthsElements.com for Return Authorization form. The Return Authorization form will be sent to you via return email.

Weekday orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

Orders that arrive over the weekend (after noon PT on Fridays, on Saturdays or Sundays) are shipped out first thing on Monday.

Standard delivery of either UPS or USPS typically takes between 2 – 5 business days.
