Shake gently and thoroughly. Mist lightly over sun-kissed skin to soothe and cool any burning that might be setting in.

If sunburn is apparent, mist lightly every 15 minutes for the first hour, then every half hour for an hour, then once every hour for the duration of the day.

Use as desired the following day for further relief and cooling as needed.
