HOW TO USE FRESH™ Apple Skin Cleanser

Squeeze a small (size of a small green pea) amount of FRESH™ onto the palm of one hand.

Add enough water to generate a light lather.

Apply to the face, neck & décolleté.

Rinse with tepid water. Pat dry.

Enjoy the FRESH™ feeling!

Use morning & evening.

Follow with LUMINessence™ mineral mist or your favorite toner and moisturizer.

HOW TO USE LUMINessence™ mineral mist:

1. Lightly mist face, neck & décolleté before and after makeup application.

2. Lightly mist over bruises, mild burns, scratches or abrasions 3 - 4x daily to promote healthy tissue recovery.

3. Mist lightly over the entire body after a morning shower or evening bath.

4. Mist over face, neck & décolleté as a restorative toner in an at-home facial treatment.

5. Spray on sore, overly-fatigued or aching feet, muscles and tendons.

6. Refrigerate LUMINessence™ mineral mist. Lightly spray over the body for relief from summertime heat or relentless hot-flashes.

HOW TO USE Organic Hungarian MUD

1. Cleanse skin before applying.

2. Gently apply MUD evenly and generously to pre-cleansed skin, avoiding area directly surrounding eyes. Best practice is to apply to face, neck and décolleté.

3. Leave on skin for at least 5 minutes for the first application. For subsequent applications, let mud dry, or leave for up to 20 minutes.

4. After each application, rinse well with tepid water and clean wash cloth (no soap or cleanser) until clear water

OR

Rinse MUD off in the shower. Do not use facial cleanser, simply use water. Lightly towel dry.

5. After light towel dry, mist gently with LUMINessence™ mineral mist

6. Apply moisturizer or serum of choice.
